Watched a drama series on ch 55 and yesterday's particular episode was so touching that i couldn't help crying. It's about a boy who couldn't accept his mother for causing him to be blind. But his mother still insist that he have her cornea after she passed away secretly without anyone of her family knowing. She died of last stage pancreas cancer as she did not want to undergo chemo which could at least prolong her lifespan for 1 year just to donate her corneas to her son.

It shows just how much parents suffer and gave up for us. They are forever giving and asking nothing in return but we just neglect them all the time. From that minute i regret not being able to do more for my parents. There's so many things we can do for them. It may not seem significant but it could mean a lot. A little gesture or greeting could show your love. I'll still have a lot to learn.
