CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS...

I'm in need of volunteers for rock-it project by Rotary Club of Suntec City!!!

It'll span over 2 full days starting from 8.30am to about 8.30pm. Not staying overnight! I'll be there from 2pm the first day and full day on the second day due to my rigid timetable for my lesson.

It is basically a camp for youths to help them find their goals in life and we'll be there to guide them thru the whole camp as facilitators. We'll basically be helping whenever and wherever we are needed and i foresee a lot of running about. Some may be stationed at lecture rooms tied to trainers giving speeches and help trainers convey ideas to youths who do not understand. In other words, we being closer to their age should be able to think and convey trainer's ideas better to the questioning youths. Some may be tied to houses (red,blue,yellow or green house) to follow them wherever they go and support them in whatever activities they may be engaged in (eg. sports or others).

Most importantly is to listen to what they have to say and question why do they think the way they did instead of rejecting their idea from the start (they may think differently but that doesn't mean it's wrong). In a way it makes us reflect on ourselves.
