Zettai Kareshi & AGM

I just finished watching Zettai Kareshi... It was really really nice... So touching and funny and the last episode made me cry... The whole storyline was absurd but unknowingly it touches your heart and makes love ever so miraculous and close to heart... The basic fundamental to love is to think for the other party before yourself and the ever-sacrificing attitude that makes it so great! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Went for my first ever AGM and it was truely enlightening and i enjoyed it totally even though it lasted for almost 4 hours :) It put the MA in check and showed the competence of the incoming MC. I love professionals and experienced people as they do fight for their rights the way they deserve it! I'm proud of being in the accounts profession. And i also like those who did their homework before coming n front of a crowd or just fight with the backing of facts so that their rights are kept with them. And i seriously think that the MA is rude and crude and sarcastic and is of no help to our condo. First the CM next you got the chairman of the AGM. What kind of boss trains what kind of staff... The CM's under this AGM's chairman! Only a staff and he dares going around insulting others and looking down on others and moreover he's on our payroll... How dare he... Not the least apologetic even when his boss did apologise formally to us in the meeting. All i can say is he's so going to lose his job... can't wait for their internal appraisal and taking actions towards these kind of non value-adding staff... Serve them right for being unprofessional and not giving the SPs due respect! Like my father said, the incoming MC sliced the MA piece by piece in terms of the MA's aggression and rudeness and also their proud-ness. They can be so dirty (underhand) and rude and not answering to the point!!! And i must say i idolise the lady who spoke these exact words: " You (chairman) personally was irrespectful to me when i spoke to you over the phone. It's what kind of boss you get what kind of staff. Since you have apologised just now i don't think there's a need to apologise again to me but thank you for the apology anyway." I totally idolise her for these spoken words... It shuts them up and let them reflect on their "high class; king attitude; all-mighty; rude attitude and hope they could improve because they are from a reputable firm after all. I was just taught to "not make judgements" and "give and you will receive"... And i think i'm only learning to grow up now and not be afraid of adults nor doubt my own ability nor doubt what i do. I should be strong and stay strong facing the society. It'll be difficult to truely master "wearing a mask" and i'll need lotsa time but i still think that a person's sincerity and true-heartedness would let one go far in society. It's about touching people's heart rather than climbing the corporate ladder unscrupulously...
Time to pull up my socks and achieve my goals!!! Jiayouz! And good luck to all having exams! Jiayouz! |
