iphone vs ipod touch

I was contemplating between iphone and ipod touch and came across this website:

All I want is a wi-fi phone because lying in bed watching videos like my sis does really makes me jealous. But her E63 has such a small screen it is difficult to really enjoy a show over the phone. But iphone is coming to M1 only at the end of the year and I already couldn't wait till then... Maybe I should wait... It all adds up... I'll have to calculate properly. itouch is usually a one time off purchase while iphoe is with plan. itouch is about $300 cheaper than iphone. But I need a phone more than an mp3!

This is so frustrating!!!!! If only I had alot of money!!!
